Colour, Toner & Refund Policy
By booking a colour service, you agree to the following terms.
Drive-By Colour Service
This option does not include toner.
If toner is later requested, it will be charged at $60–$100 plus the applicable travel fee.
Lay-By Colour Service
This option includes toner and must be selected at the time of booking.
Before I leave your appointment, you will be asked to confirm that you are satisfied with your colour result.
If a toner change is requested after the appointment, you have two weeks from the service date to request an adjustment. A travel fee applies to all return visits. Requests made after 4 weeks will be charged at the full service price.
It is important that you feel clear about the service you have selected. If anything is unclear, even if I have already checked in with you, you are encouraged to ask for further explanation before the service proceeds.
No refunds are offered on colour services.
Haircut services are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed once the agreed date and time have been scheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule,
with the full service fee still applying.
Travel appointments are scheduled carefully. If access is unavailable or the appointment cannot proceed on arrival, the full travel fee will apply.
