Thirty Years of Doing the Work.
For over thirty years, I have been committed to understanding myself, not just mentally, but through the body.
My work has been shaped by a deep exploration of the somatic nervous system. Learning how the body holds stress, trauma, and memory has changed the way I see both myself and the people I work with. It has taught me that real change does not come from thinking alone, but from feeling, sensing, and allowing the body to complete what it has been holding.
Along this path, I have worked with a wide range of influential minds, from leaders in human behaviour, such as John Demartini, to highly experienced NLP practitioners, tantra teachers, and somatic educators. These experiences were not just intellectual; they were lived, embodied, and integrated over time.
My clients have also been some of my greatest teachers. Sitting with people through their own challenges, witnessing their patterns, their protection, and their truth, has refined my ability to stay present without judgment or agenda.
What I offer today comes from this accumulation of lived experience. Not a method, not a script, but a grounded presence.
A space where people can begin to explore their internal world at their own pace. A space where they are not analysed or fixed, but seen and heard.
Because in my experience, when someone is truly met in that way, something begins to shift naturally.
